Marcus Hernandez
General Contractor & Owner
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Marcus discovered his passion for woodworking and construction during woodshop in high school, designing and building his own projects—including a tiny home. His interest grew when he joined the LIME Foundation’s NextGen Trades Academy, which connected him with a local general contractor who hired him at 17. Over the next seven years, Marcus gained extensive experience building and remodeling homes, honing the skills and expertise that now define his approach to every project.
Today, Marcus continues to give back to the program that helped shape his career by mentoring students, speaking at events, and supporting hands-on projects. Known for his commitment to quality craftsmanship and positive energy, he takes pride in perfecting each project while building strong relationships with clients and collaborators. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys the outdoors—snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking—and spending time with his family and two Huskies, as well as cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Do you have inspiration photos, a design in mind, or stamped plans/blueprints? We’ll schedule a site visit to see the space, discuss your goals, and explore possibilities—ensuring we fully understand your needs before moving forward.

Planning & Preparation
Once we understand your project, we provide a detailed, accurate estimate. If needed, we handle permits, design, or plans to keep your project on track and compliant. When everything is clear, we finalize the contract—laying the foundation for a smooth, stress-free experience.

Let’s Build!
Now the fun begins! We bring your vision to life with precision and care, keeping you in the loop every step of the way. You’ll get regular updates and photos, so you can watch your project come together without lifting a hammer. Sit back, relax, and get ready to fall in love with your newly transformed space.
